Biography
Embraced to serve as a quartermaster during the Siege of York in the late 1990s, Allen has earned his keep by repeatedly proving to be the man who can find 'practically anything.' A former policeman, his principle trade is human resources acquistion, esoteric market management and forensic science. He is also a keen scholar of vampire history.
